Welcome to my Friday YouTube Video of the Week.

Whilst there are a lot of funny videos on YouTube there are also a lot of great videos from people I would happily have paid money to listen to.

Here is video of Simon Sinek at one of his Ted Talks discussing the principle behind every successful person and business.   My favourite part is about 5 minutes in where he states

“People don’t buy what you do, they buy why you do it.  The goal is not to do business with everybody who needs what you have, the goal is to do business with people who believe what you believe”

And he then goes onto show why this is true using science and some classic examples in history.
