Welcome to my Friday YouTube Video of the Week.

Whilst there are a lot of funny videos on YouTube there are also a lot of great videos from people I would happily have paid money to listen to.

So i thought I would start sharing my favouriite videos each week.

I use the lessons in this video before every important meeting or presentation I do.
