With next Wednesday being International Women’s Day, I thought I would share a video that has just been released on YouTube by Mel Robbins, author of The 5 Second Rule.

In this short interview Mel Robbins talks about why women don’t get promoted.  And what’s better she gives some great advice on how to overcome this issue.

And fella’s don’t think this is just for women.  There are some great tips in here that you too can use.
